The Edina Crime Prevention Fund is a non-profit, tax-exempt community effort that is operated by members of the community.  The crime fund is a valuable supporter of the Edina Police Department.  The crime fund has supported the efforts of the police department’s K-9 program, generated funds for crime information rewards, and purchased digital cameras for evidence collection.  The crime fund money also supports several other crime prevention efforts throughout the city.  The fund is solely supported by tax-deductible contributions from members of the residential and commercial community.
